However, I’m really looking forward to seeing how the upcoming games between Alaama, LSU, Auburn and UGA (guess I have to throw in aTM and Florida, too) will sort out the SEC. I am of the opinion that our Tigers are not the only team that has closed the gap on Bama, so it will be interesting to see if that is the case.

Granted, it would be so much more enjoyable watching good/great football and the matchups if they weren’t constantly (over)hyped and overblown by the talking heads. However, if you love college football, then you have to love matchups between the ‘top teams in a conference’.

'Bama isn't as good as they traditionally are. Their defense hasn't been great this far, and they aren't running the ball between the tackles like they normally do.

I don't think UGA, LSU, etc...are any better than the 2cnd-best SEC normally is.

The SEC is still being over-hyped as usual.
