It was approximately 60/40. Also evident by the end of the game (who was left during trophy presentation). Not many, if any, Alabama fans stayed for that part.

I would like to see photographs of “lots of empty seats” too. I attached photos from my section (high up, where it is less likely to be packed). First one is from beginning of game, second two are from second half.

I will concede that there were a number of neutral fans too (four guys in front of me). So the narrative that Bay Area people didn’t care is also fake news.

I would say that they definitely had more fans there. Without a doubt. There were lots of them sitting near me, at least until the 3rd qtr.

I wasn't there and it's hard to tell on tv, especially since the stadium seats blended in with the Bama colors.

I do know one thing though. The Clemson fans were MUCH louder and stood out on tv. I hardly ever noticed a big cheer or a roar from the Bama fans in attendance.

The crowd noise made it seem heavy in Clemson's favor on tv.
