Baylor football to play Division II in 2019.....aaahhh!

Mar 17, 2014, 5:23 PM

The Baylor Bears have added the University of the Incarnate Word Cardinals to their 2019 football schedule, according to an official release by UIW this afternoon.

Baylor and Incarnate Word will meet at McLane Stadium in Waco on August 31, 2019. The game will be the season-opener and first ever meeting between the two schools.

I am at UIW now and we are in the southland conference now. By 2019 we will be a full fledged FCs team. Next year play UIW is playing a full southland conference slate including a trip up to Fargo to play North Dakota State,

First year in the southland in basketball this year and went 9-5 in a transition year in conference. Lost to 31-2 and tournament team Stephen F Austin by only two points.

I saw that over the weekend and wondered who and what they played football in.

What amazed me about the school was the growth at the school over the past 10 years.

Staring 1AA football and going to North Dakota State non conference is brutal.

So why would science classes there be "interesting?"

Or is this just another ignorant anti- Catholic post?
