He talking about the votes in Pa. He has a big lead and all those ballots that have not been return will end up in a warehouse some where. If he wins michigan and Wis. he will not need Pa.

It's not necessarily about making votes appear but also about making enough opposition votes disappear to get the right margin. Why are these same corrupt cities always the last ones to report votes? Apparently other cities don't seem to find it so difficult.

5x Congressional races in the last decade were overturned when a stash of 'certified' ballots were found--in the trunk of a poll workers car, stashed in an office, whatever after polls closed and all other ballots were in.
Sanford Bishop here in GA, and 4 in CA. Of course, in the CA races it was the middle of the night on the East Coast so no media reported on it.

but not until all votes have been counted. What Trump just did on live TV is beyond the pale. It’s indefensible and irresponsible to claim that somehow the normal process of counting votes is somehow fraud. Count the votes and let the chips fall where they may.
