Here’s what really hurts the Coots re: Saturday

Nov 27, 2018, 12:45 PM

For years their lone claim to fame was the 5-peat over us. Not only did we match it, but we’ve done it on the heels of a possible 3 straight years in the playoffs. That’s gotta hurt. If we get 6 next year they might go over the edge.

Matched it immediately, and made it look easy.

During Spurrier’s streak, it was so important to the pathetic coot fans that Clemson lost those games “by double digits.” I heard that all the time, which was weird because what difference does that make?

And now they are saying losing by 21 feels like a win? Seriously? They grasp onto the most ridiculous things to make themselves feel better and forget how absolutely pathetic they really are.

All of their top team achievements

We have done better on SINCE they achieved them

Conference championship (we have won 11 since they won their only one)
3 straight 11-win seasons (4 seasons of 12+ and counting)
5 wins vs rival by avg margin of 16.8 (5 and counting by 23.4 margin)

Only thing they still own are one Heisman and one overall #1 pick in the NFL draft. I think we have both of those on the current roster, so 2 years from now, we will have 7 straight wins, a Heisman winner AND a #1 pick...PLUS an NFL MVP in DW4!
