I think both Jay and Falcinelli are more talented than Ryan and Jay has plenty of experience to boot. Jay may not give the job back when Ryan returns.

Do your best and try not to even think in those terms. And "if", if it does happen, we'll have to throw somebody in there ready or not, the cycle will have to cycle through. It's a tough test for tough teams, and hopefully that's where we're at. It's not like Dabo is ask to do the impossible, and make chicken salad from chicken chit. Slurrier has failed at it enough to know that it is impossible!!!

I truly hate this for Ryan Norton, but staying healthy has been an issue with him for a while. Praying that he recovers quickly.

think he plays better than Norton anyways. But depth is becoming an issue.

This is actually the point of "We too deep!"
Next man up... without the drop-off.

He was out a ton last year too. That's why I feel good about jay playing, a lot of times last year he played better than Norton even when he played. If jay goes down its gonna be rough though

Last year when Norton was hurt about every game jay

Played better than him a lot of times. Norton had a bad game last week that looked a lot like fla. state last year. We can't do that and give Louisville opportunities or get Deshaun hurt. I feel bad for the guy, he's injured what seems like every game. I think this is the 3rd injury since the start of the season and were only 2 weeks in. I've always wondered if there was somehow some type of underlying issue with his knees but who knows. You know the coaches have a guy prepared for situations like this especially when it's a player that the number of injuries as nortons had. I think we will be just fine at center, in fact I feel better about the center position right now but should jay Guillermo go down that's an entirely different story.

I totally agree I like jay more at center to begin with. I think he is a better center then Norton . Norton continues to have the same problems over and over with bad snaps did it against app st . Love Norton but hope jay takes the starting spot and never gives it back Norton can be back up center or guard.

Norton had his leg amputated by a rusty tree saw blade. He might be back in 6 weeks.
