Going to GB this coming Friday for a Saturday volleyball tournament! Is there any areas to avoid and are there must see things? Is there a decent local burger joint that’s a cant miss kind of place?

There are definitely places to avoid. It'd be easier to tell you where to go haha. Where are you staying and where is the tournament?

As far as must see things, not much on the docket. If you're in to breweries there are a handful downtown.

It's definitely the place for burgers though: Hops, Big Burger Spot, and Emma Key's ( in that order) are all fantastic.

We will be staying at comfort suites Whitsett, Greensboro East. And the tournament is at 2400 16th street, at the Greensboro Sportsplex.

Hops is probably the most popular for burgers. There are a couple cool restaurants named "Crafted" that puts a new twist on tacos and street food (food truck style). If you want pizza check out Sticks and Stones. UNCG is 20,000 students so it has a legit amount of restaurants and bars in that area.
