Trevor Lawrence thankful for chance to play, not worried about Heisman
If all goes as planned, Trevor Lawrence will trot out onto the playing field at Doak Campbell Stadium Saturday a little after noon, and take his first snaps since helping Clemson defeat Syracuse in October. The Hypesman is one of the dumbest trophies in sports. Sometimes the right guy wins it, but it's all about the media and all of the hype. Now, the hype has shifted to Fields and so what. I'd rather win a national title.
