that she thinks milk is spicy. She can't handle any with the hint of spice. Hence my need to carry my own hot sauce to spice things up.

I like the Mexican brands better hotter than Franks and better flavor. I like it on fries and eggs and even sausage.

There is a different hot sauce for #### near everything you want to eat. My go-to for food where it mixes in easily (think soups, gumbos, sauces) is Dave’s Insanity. For something where it’s really hard to spread the heat around, I go with Tabasco or Louisiana. Crystal if I can find it, too. And pho without sriracha is like a day without sunshine. And about 10 slices of fresh japaleno.
If hot sauce won’t work, then Slap Ya Momma Extra spicy FTW. Put that #### on some chicken thighs. Grill each side for 10 mins then top rack for 10... my lawd! Crispy spicy deliciousness.
