Had to correct a Bama fan at work

A client who is a Bama fan told me that this game is a gift for us and we're playing with house money because we weren't supposed to be this good for another year or two. I explained that we're the undefeated #1 team in the country and we've worked hard to earn this, and fully expect to win. He seemed taken back.

I actually kind of agree with that Bama fan...in principle. You certainly don't want the team to feel that way going into tonight, but the reality is that we weren't supposed to be here and the future does indeed look even brighter. Should we win, there will be no one happier than me...but should we lose then it won't be the end of the world. I really am not nervous or stressed out at all...just enjoying the moment.

Ha Ha ok...##### are you talking about? When you say 'client', I assume you mean the guy in the drive-through with the Bama plate...cause it's the only kind of 'work' I can imagine you being qualified to perform.

You have to speak really slow into the microphone. The noise from the car engine makes it really hard for them to hear.
