I'm trying to purchase a flex package on the IPTAY site and it's saying I must be signed in to my IPTAY account, but I'm already signed in. Is anyone else having issues?

I have this problem every time I try to purchase tickets on line. Call the office.

They’re available to the general public as of 15 minutes ago so you should be able to acquire the tickets no problem now. I just bought mine!
