Celebrating the Fiesta Bowl win and the kids and I will not be able to wear
our hats before the NC game due to the fact they will not be delivered until
Thursday. We will be wearing our National Champions gear before our Fiesta gear gets here. I
ordered enough items dollar amount wise for free EXPEDITED shipping. If I had
gotten normal delivery would I been waiting on guy on a pony to deliver my order?

make that mistake again. Shipping was horrible and they send you emails every single day of the year. Sucks because I liked their stuff but their customer service could be a lot better.

I've ordered from Fanatics a number of times, and the only problem I've ever had was with my last order in mid November last year. Six days after placing the order, they sent an email stating that they could not confirm the shipping status, and that they were attempting to obtain the status from the warehouse. It took 3-4 weeks for me to receive the item (a pullover jacket). I have no idea what caused the delay, but fortunately, I was in no rush to receive it, and got a $10 discount off my next order.
