ESPN bragging that Clowney lived up to Heisman expectations

since he did find his way to the stadium and suit up. They were not that concerned that everything else for the most part was nothing to write home about.

traveling, and that gave me the unfortunate opportunity to take in a Todd Ellis broadcast. I listened up to the weather delay, and from what I gathered, he seemed to be disrupting more plays more than actually making plays.

UNC runs an uptempo offense and I think Clowney wasn't in the condition he needs to be in.

He told reporters at halftime that he had a stomach bug, but even Spurrier said, well he never told any of us about it until now.

True, he should be saluted for his brave actions and automatically given the Heisman, then inducted into the CFB Hall of Fame, and heck, throw him in the NFL Hall of Fame as well. The man play with a stomach bug, spared the team from his complaining, and still recorded a total of 3, that's right 3 tackles against the most up tempo offense in the nation!

It is possible a stomach virus could have dehydrated him and the unusually hot (for this year) and humid conditions combined with the fast paced offense took their toll on him. I wouldn't count on it being a chronic condition that slows him the rest of the season.
