Earlier in the week I offered any Clemson fan who walks by my tailgate a beer. Thing is this....I remember visiting friends in Columbia and going to buy beer. there was an entire aisle of Budweiser products and about a shelf for other beer. I am a micro-brew Pale Ale/IPA guy myself. I like beer with flavor, and alot of it. So I'm just wondering what you Clemson folks drink so I have some onhand for ya when you get here.

Other Domestic?
Micro-brews (Pale Ales, Stouts, Porters, etc)?
Anything cold?

I too enjoy IPAs, porters, and Weissbiers, etc. But if someone hands me a free Budweiser, or hell, even a PBR, I will not turn it down.
I hear that they have some Labatt Blue light around that area (which actually scores about 8 points lower than Budweiser on beeradvocate.com) so maybe that would be a good choice, and something that's not readily available down here.
All of the popular microbrews are easily available where I live, so maybe you were just in a crackhead area of Columbia, errrr wait... nevermind.

I actually just made a thread about Southern Tier Brewing...if you enjoy beer, go for them instead of the Labatt (Labatt is just normal stuff). The imperial series from Southern Tier is inceredible
