Deer supermutt...

Nov 11, 2014, 12:20 PM

For your convenience, I have made a list of Clemson players who hail from Georgia

I have also made a list of 2015, 2016, and 2017 Ga prospects who have made a visit to Clemson thus far

Enjoy nabbing dozens of "5 star" recruits every year...I prefer to win conference championships, play in major bowl games, and avoid violations/arrests/controversy year after year

Cheers!

Recruiting visitors from Georgia:

2015
Shadell Bell (Commit)
Zach Giella (Commit)
Mitch Hyatt(Commit)
Austin Bryant (Commit)

2016

Mecole Hardman

2017

On the 2015 recruits.....did not offer Bell, Giella or Bryant.

On your dozens of 5-star recruits you nab every year.....name them. 2014- Watson 2015- Hyatt
A dozen equals 12....therefore "dozens" would equal multiples of 12. Dabo is either a terrible coach or your players are underperforming.

Your 2014 class was unusually strong mainly becuase UGA didn't recruit most of them. We had higher rated players on the board....case in point TE Blazovich is a starter as a true freshman....Milan Richards is on the scout team. Nick Chubb/Adam Choice....get the picture? I can name 7-8 from our 2014 class that have contributed in a major way. Who from your 2014 class (outside of Watson)have contributed? Seems like all those GA boys you and Dabo are gloating about are riding the bench.

Don't take this as a negitive. Dabo has recruited some fine talent from our state but as far as dominating UGA when it comes to recruiting GA......well it's nothing short of a pipedream.

I for one am glad you are stopping. You are one of the most ignorant posters ever. You obviously think very highly of your own opinion, unlike the rest of us - RockHillTiger

Ha, the reason Richard redshirted is due to our depth.

That can't be said in Jeb's situation.

Just because someone starts doesn't mean they are great.

It means your current options all aren't better than a green 18-year-old. Sometimes that is good.

Choice was our leading rusher until he got injured. I'm sure you didn't see that.

Chubb has been good, but he wasn't a start until Marshall went down and Gurley decided to break NCAA rules. And even then, wasn't Michel out as well recently?

Artavis Scott - I believe he leads in receptions for Clemson.

Sony has been out for a while, Chubb has been their only option from their 4 deep, since the Gurley incident.

I forget the white RBs name who gives Chubb a rest.

I think the OP was talking about GA recruits....as was I. Choice couldn't hold Chubb's jock. Although Blaze wasn't a GA recruit he was the #1 TE in the 2014 class. ....the main reason we let Richards go. I don't think Milan could have played for UGA this season based on his size.

Scott is from Fla but he's the real deal however where's the GA boys Kitt and Priester?

Just pointing out that all those GA recruits the OP was gloating about haven't panned out as of yet.......while the players UGA recruited over them have.

Preister got kicked off the team, just committed to Washington St.

Richard chose Clemson before Jeb chose the Dawgs.

Richard is the same size as another star te we stole from

You, Dwayne Allen. As a true freshman he is 6'3" 243 lbs.

Here was your question:

Nov 12, 2014, 5:21 PM [ in reply to Re: Deer supermutt... ]

"Who from your 2014 class (outside of Watson)have contributed?"

SOrry you didn't like the answer. We'll see how Choice and Chubb play out. Hopefully Choice heals and Chubb doesn't get hurt or try to cash checks twice.

Lol, isn't that always how it is "We let him go, we stopped recruiting him". Sour grapes for not getting an in-state kid. At least we admit we wanted Gurley and Marshall. Jeb plays because you have no options at TE, meaning Milan would as well.

Can't help we're loaded at WR for Priester. Peake, Williams, Scott, Hump, GHop...tough to find much room.

Tell me where I bragged about signing "dozens of 5 star recruits"

I didn't! Stars don't always translate to on-field success (see Mike Bellamy, Isaiah Crowell...)

We recruit high character players of good talent who work hard and don't become distractions
