I found that odd because to everyone watching, it looks like most of their players have refused to play in these first 4 games. ??

I think that will be the next thing to happen with some of these middling programs - the whole team will just go on strike instead of one or two potential NFL players skipping a bowl game. You wanna know how to make 200,000 people (fans from both teams plus stadium workers, restaurants and hotels etc) mad and turn the college game into the NFL? Let that idea be taken seriously.
