Sometimes good things fall apart so better things can fall together.

The win in the NCAA Tournament his first year.

Made some people think his coaching abilities were superior to his predecessor's who had so much relative success at Clemson. It was the sign to some that we had found a coach that could get us to the tournament AND win games in it.

Turns out, the credit for the success of that team should have gone to Oliver Purnell.

Finally getting facility upgrades bringing his program up to date with his conference.

Last year's team had a big run in January.....

Beat Duke, Louisville, etc....but then totally collapsed at the end of the season and squandered it.
There were some good wins in the KJ years.
And he did win a 'first four' tournament game...and the run to the NIT final was a good run.
But this year has been extremely difficult.

We beat #9 Duke and #8 Miami in back to back games last year***
