are the "Fighting Gamecocks" listed in the national rankings. Surely, this MUST be the year they're going to "break out" and become the dominant national power team they've always dreamed of being????

But, then again, I guess that's all it will ever be for them - a dream!!!!!!!!

Are they breaking out, or cycling in? Or cycling out and breaking in? I think their biggest issue is that they don’t know what they’re doing. Carry on dirtpeckers! Go Tigers!

someone posted a link to FGF where the uof6c brain trust was predicting 8 or 9 wins and challenging for the $-EZ Least. Pretty much the typical grandiose delusions and over-exaggerated optimism you hear out of them about this time every year.

Of course, that was against the old schedule. Now that's it's an all $-EZ schedule, they will be underdogs to all but about three teams so their ceiling is probably 3 or 4 wins at best and depending how the schedule looks, it could be less.
