So today I was in Wittenberg, Germany at the castle church where Martin Luther nailed his 95 theses to the door. I was attending an English service of worship. The English pastor from the U. S. conducting the service was from Newberry, SC. He saw my Clemson shirt, we struck up a conversation and he asked if I would like to read the gospel lesson during the service. For a reformed Presbyterian to read a lesson in the church where the reformation was birthed is a once in a lifetime opportunity. Once again being a Clemson man pays large dividends.
