Clemson Sand Sculpture

Jul 25, 2013, 1:08 AM

Forgive me if this is Germans. I saw this image being passed around in Facebook. Apparently it was sculpted in Litchfield beach. Anyway awesome job. Go Tigers! Beat Georgia!

We have a place at Litchfield....

Every summer there is a family of Clemson fans who creates some type of Clemson-themed sand sculpture. I've seem them do Tillman Hall, large tigers, tiger paws, and Death Valley. I don't know but I'm guessing this one came from the same family.

Sometimes good things fall apart so better things can fall together.

Thanks for being a fan. My fraternity brother and I have been vacationing there since Litchfield Retreat was built in the 70's. It's a challenge every year to come up with something, especially since my labor support (the kids, now in their 30's) don't always come. I have had a lot of nice comments from all the Clemson fans that vacation there.

This was done last Tuesday at Litchfield. I do several each week when I vacation there (over 40 yrs, same spot). I will post the photo with flanking Paw flags that I took.

I'd love to see some of your techniques. You should make a behind the scenes you tube video.

How did you do the perfect lettering "Crush Georgia"?
