First you didn't like Trump's policy of dealing with Taiwan as an independent now you don't? You're harder to pin down than a greasy pig.

I still believe that. Just pointing out Trump won't be able to bully China.

The TTP is gone.

Do you even keep up?
He will handle the Chinese with economics just like the Russians, Iraq and N Korea. When America becomes energy independent Russia and Iran will suffer depressed oil prices. That's really all either export right now. China will be stopped from manipulating their currency and the trade deficit will narrow. North Korea will suffer because China and Iran suffer. They are the major partners of NK.
Why do you think Trump put all those business people in his cabinet, cause they're his friends?
It's economic terrorism.

When oil drops to pre 1970 prices. It will also screw the Saudis and others who give financial aid to terrorism.

which is mostly because of our huge increase in production.
Also the Iran deal impacted it a bit because now they are producing a lot.

If you asked Trump right now... like this minute...

what his policy is on China... I seriously think it would be at least a little different. The man has no real positions. He's totally winging it. He is being pushed and pulled between the ideologues he has surrounded himself with.
Trump cares about Trump... and delegates the rest to his cronies. THAT explains why he doesn't understand his own EO's... it explains why he argues with himself and his administration contradicts itself more often than not.

All this tripe about, 'he's lying, he's lying'...
He may be, but I think he's more confused by the facts than in possession of them.
