A little butter in the pan, toss in a flour tortilla slathered in pimento cheese and as the cheese starts to melt, throw on cooked bacon strips, portabella mushroom slices, and fresh spinach. Season with chives and red pepper flakes, fold that puppy in half and let it crisp up, then flip and crisp the other side, then consume for a bona fide flavor ######. Quick, easy, delicious, and minimal clean up.
