So that says that you really expected it. But then again, how could you have expected anything different with the way CK deliberately threw any opportunity he had at Clemson away b/c he lost the spring game.

That spring game was awful. He's a run first throw second and there would be enormous problems with him wanting to do everything himself instead of getting it to a receiver. I wish he wouldn't have been such an #### but maybe he will change that, it's pretty bad when most of the students couldn't stand him and there were more stories about him being a complete douch e going around than there were about his football skills. I liked chad kelly out of highschool and honestly wanted him to start over cole stoudt until I saw the spring game and him showing his #### on the sidelines after playing like a freshman qb at an fcs school.

You know - I recently thought about Kelly and what if he were still at CLEMSON. Personally, I still think Cole is better at QB and Chad would still be riding the pines IMO. I'm sure it would be a chitstorm in the locker room if he were still here, so I'm relieved that he's gone. I wish him the best, and he will get his chance again at another school next year. We will see his stats when someone is actually chasing him. It won't be pretty when he gets 2 INTs in a game due to lack of ball control. I've seen it - and we need to remember how he folds under pressure. Be thankful for what you have.
Plus - I like our players to represent the fine university that I'm so proud to be a part of. Chad never really did that IMO.

He is a legitimate D1 starting QB talent playing against Community Colleges on the team that won the national title (???) twice in the last few years. Of course he's going to rack of stats.
He was not removed from the Clemson team because of a lack of talent.
