An underwriter would have to have some serious literature on that players draft projection to evaluate loss/cost/exposure and since it’s 2 1/2 years out I’m not sure if any exists.

But Clemson can't pay for it until his junior year (3rd year out of HS), I do believe. To LostLocal's point...can't imagine the cost of those premiums. Then again, there is still a cost-benefit upside, almost definitely.
