all over the country are hearing from their coaches about support and facilities. He said they are using Alabama and Clemson as the standard and that it was no coincidence that they have both been to the title game back to back. He said coaches are saying that they need a support staff and facilities like Dabo and Saban. He said Dabo knew what it would take and he went to the administration and they have all been on the same page. HE said Kirby Smart is starting to make some of those changes at Georgia also. And the most immediate is the increase in the size of the support staff.

Think of all Dabo has accomplished. It happened by having good people and doing things the right way. A successful coach has to wear many hats well.

The facilities have to be nice and are important, but I think putting too much emphasis on that really takes away from the coaching staff and athletic administration. Dabo is real, and time after time we hear about parents buying into Clemson because of Him and the staff. Dabo has hired the right kind of coaches ...... One's whose goals, character, and values mesh with the program. That has nothing to do with facilities!

the terrific APR and a phenomenal graduation rate at Clemson. It may sound naive and "homerific", but the coaching staff and support staff are winning and winning the right way
