Why can't Bryant catch the ball? Are they poor throws? It appears on TV as though the drops are mostly on him. I was hopeful after the NCST game that he'd turned a corner.

where the he would have caught but the BC player punched right on the ball as he was securing it-- incompletion, great d play. I remember Sammy having 2 drops yesterday.

I think Bryant has done pretty well since UGA. That said, Mike Wlllams is going to be awesome.

Yep. Credit goes to the BC defender on one of those. Sammy tried to run without the ball on both of his drops. Can anyone tell me why we didn't go deep to Sammy more? Was he covered that well?

oh and for the UGA game I think it was exaggerated

how many he dropped, some of those would have been incredible if he made them but not something you'd expect

I thought he did well, the one yesterday was punched out, I think he has turned the corner and is starting to position himself as the number 2-3 guy

He needs the ball. But he has to be more a more reliable

target. He does have a tendency to catch with his body and cradle the ball with his arms. He looks like he's been working on catching it with his hands and high pointing the ball when he can, he just needs more consistency.

He seemed fine to me from my couch. Sammy had worse drops.

A receiver isn't going to catch everything thrown his way, but Bryant had some good catches. Sammy really surprised me with some of his drops. He was running then catching instead of catching then running at times.
