he will probably drop bmacs salary more to that of a wide receiver coach , give Bentley , who will be oc and qb coach , the raise ...actually save some money now so the university can apply to the buyout next year when they fire mostchump ...

How can you say he is a mediocre coach. Has he even won a divisional title yet?
Now when he matches Spurrier's East title then he can move up to the rank of mediocre.

Let me get this straight.....
So Boom takes a young coach, promotes him, and he does quite well his first year despite less than ideal talent across the board on offense. Then second year comes, a rash of injuries to some of your best offensive players (Edwards, Feaster (who we loaned you)) and Bentley (your starting QB, the fainting goat who mimics the fanbase precisely and thinks his team is better than it really is). You then have to rely on a TRUE FR QB, who gets hurt b/c he's not ready and the OL personnel is mediocre due to your subpar recruiting and the fact you haven't developed them. Despite that, you make the decision to play him anyways b/c you haven't recruited or developed another true QB who can step in. The third string QB, who you lied to just to get him to sign at usuck despite knowing he isn't a Power 5 QB, is also out.
So your young OC takes the hit (instead of you) and is given a chance to stay on the staff just b/c you know you need his recruiting abilities. To borrow one of Boom's lines....."GUTLESS"
