where this plant is (near Cross Creek Golf course) and went ENE, crossed 123 somewhere around Food Lion/Harts Cove, then hit houses on Hartwell in Clemson, just north of campus.

This is me piecing together damage reports I have seen/heard this morning.

Hopefully none hurt; also job disruption very untimely.***

electric transmission lines (not the distribution lines on wood poles...the high-voltage 115kV lines on steel structures) in multiple places...one over 1/2 mile from the plant. There's parts of that roof all over Seneca. That, in part, lead to the wide-spread outages.

Son-of is on the autism spectrum and going ape sheet under quarantine and is hyper focused on storms, so I agreed to drive him over to Seneca this morning to survey the damage. The area near the plant is a CF. He loves to see trees down, but never wants to see anyone hurt or property damage. He is driving us crazy (maybe literally) under lock-down but the boy has such a sweet heart. He wanted to get out and help...which I was game for, but we were starting to be in the way of other folks with better means to help, so we got out of the way quickly.
