soccer field over at Riggs and asked to kick this oblong leather ball called a football between those two metal poles. He did pretty good. He wasn't even from the United States.
Same player then convinced Clemson's head coach to offer a scholarship to another soccer player, from the same foreign country, who likewise didn't know what that oblong leather ball was called. He did well too.
Harvest the blessings. That's how Dabo describes it. Dabo actually took a play out of the old Danny Ford kicker handbook.
