Trevor would have to beat out 3 excellent qbs, while Fields would have to be out Dawgs sensational freshman.

While my statement above is true, I wonder what type of chance he will receive. Dabo's history of sticking with his upper classmen will likely be exaggerated this coming year. If Watson could not start until game 4, Trevor has an uphill climb since Kelly went 11-2 this year.

To be fair, it's not always what you do, it's what you can't do. If TL is simply better whether in passing, check downs, pocket awareness, reading defenses etc, he could surpass Bryant IF Bryant stagnants.
But I think Bryant has a higher ceiling than we've seen. If he digs deep this offseason, he could be very special.

and then possibly getting beat out by a better player. It's not his just because he will be a senior. He may be beat out by somebody better that gives us a better chance to win it all. If not he will be the starter all year.

I use to believe that but Dabo has put Etienne and Feaster above both Choice and Fuller as well as some other examples.
I don't think Bryant can lose the job in practice and he did improve throughout the year. It should be a fun development to watch.

Trevor. I think fields will RS given that Fromm is guaranteed to start for the next 2 season forbidding injury

Per scouts Fields is dominate but raw, he needs work. I see him Red shirting and then taking over because he's too talented to keep off the field. TL has the better chance.

I wouldnt be surprised if they used Fields in a package type deal. Trevor is going to play weather he starts or comes off the bench the dude will play you dont keep that talent on the sidelines very long.

KB is our starter, and TL has to fight through two QBs with lots of potential and a significatn headstart on learning the playbook.
Fields will walk in and immediately become the most dynamic QB on UGA's roster. He will see action regardless of who the starter is, and Jake Fromm will not be able to hold him off.
