Baseball Team Hitting Needs to Pick Up

We are currently hitting .233, which puts us in a tie for 182 nationally.
Our pitching has been great so far, but the hitting needs to support the pitching as well. We are playing the Lamecocks this weekend, so this would be a great time to get hot with the bats.

Maybe their football and bball teams are lame, but their baseball team is not. They've outscored the opposition 55-19 in 7 games. They are 5-2 (both losses in extra innings). We are 7-0, but as you say, our hitting has been very weak. We'll find out soon enough just how good our pitching is. I suspect we will not score much against the coots.

Yeah, I was shocked to see them lose the home series. They'll come out firing against us. Series could go either way but as long as we're competitive, we'll be ok in the long run. Got a tough road series against 17th ranked wake.

The hitting is always behind the pitching when it's cold. Unfortunately we've had really cold weather the last few years and it always snows during the regionals

Good pitching will carry you during a tough hitting slump....but not all #### year! We have not truly hit the ball very well in a couple of years...seems that only a small segment of the line up were good hitters and could count on them....look at the teams that have moved through the supers!

hopefully the tigers win then so your coot buddy will get stuck with the Corona. You would know if that virus was going to hit in this state, it would happen in Columbia
