anyone have an update on if he is out for extended time? I can't seem to find anything on it

They are thin at that position as it is so our secondary should have no problem. Hope our LB can track down that QB. I have a feeling this will be like the NC at game last year with Brissett getting a lot of hype and we took care of business

Quick has a severe ankle sprain. Not good for the upcoming weekend, no idea about following that. Nothing is broken or torn.

He may find his position taken anyway by Trevon Samuel.

ankle sprain. He cannot put weight on the ankle yet. Petrino said he said that there is no time table for a return but he "hopes that the young man will be back some time this season." To me it sounds like he could be out several weeks.

That looked worse than a sprain to me. I suspect an MRI is pending.
