Athens Fans were polite and gracious

The game really sucked, but I couldn't have been more pleased with the hospitality of all the Dawg fans we encountered before and after the game. Clemson fans showed up in big numbers and we certainly hoped for a better outcome. The tailgating was good and I had several fans walk up and thank us for coming after the game. The bad reputation their fans have from the past is no longer deserved. The next time we play UGA on the road, I'll be back. Now that they whipped us like they did, I'm pulling for UGA to go all the way!!

Thanks for posting this. I've been going to Sanford Stadium for 30 years, and I have only seen fans being nice. I know the obnoxious ones are out there, and had Clemson won, they would veer their ugly heads for sure, but for my friends, middle-aged accountants, sales people, etc, we're never gonna pull that. These teams are evenly matched. UGA depth in the running
game helped in the final qtr.

Hope you win the ACC.
