If she legit has Celiacs, then you accommodate however you

can. If she claims she's "gluten intolerant", laugh in her stupid face and tell your groomsman to go find another wedding.

As someone who has been through the wedding planning process

myself, I think anyone who expects you to make last minute changes the week before the wedding due to one persons food requirements should be beaten to death with a lead pipe, and their memory forever mocked and ridiculed.

Not necessarily a change

But being that I cannot address food allergens such as this via online ordering, its just a PITA to deal with.

My mother in law hass legit celiac. One crumb of gluten
Aug 21, 2017, 12:11 PM
|
|
and she's done for 24 hours or more. If she's legit then order her something separate. We made sure to have a GF option at the rehearsal dinner for MiL and then there was definitely GF stuff at the wedding reception. If she legit has celiac then she can't help it and she feels bad about it already. If she's just one of those fad people then #### her for making things difficult for you.

and you're still probably going to want to lay out some tarps because it's going to get messy.

Tell her to pack a lunch.
My kid has a severe peanut allergy...I don't expect everyone to accommodate him. We bring his own food.
