Not sure if CLEMSON got too far into the UVA bullpen yesterday, or if UVA just ran out of gas today, but CLEMSON put their foot on the throat of UVA and it was nasty. Kudos to CLEMSON's pitching, bullpen, fielding, and hitting (and coaching).
The drag bunt by Cox was the prettiest bunt I have ever witnessed at CLEMSON.
Greene, while wandering around lost at the plate for several games, has become a force at the plate. Also, he might possibly be the absolute best infielder.
Davidson woke up today and is crushing some hits now. Fielding seems improved too. Strong arm from SS.
Of course Pinder is his usual self with great hitting, fielding, and base-stealing.
Several other guys played well too, and the entire team seems to be improving with each game. Whatever Lee and the coaching staff is telling them is certainly working. We are going to have a great season IMO.
*probably my imagination, but Beer seems to hit much better when the weather is HOT. I expect we'll see some more of those mind-boggling hits as the weather turns warmer. JMO though.

Well said on all points. That diving catch by green was major league best. Love the way Monte owns it and respects the players. He gets it. Give the man a raise. Give him brownlee $$ but not going there.

Had a wonderful time in tiger town this weekend... couldn't be more proud of our fine young student athletes. Beat a darn good cavaliers team.
Different players stepping up and I'm not sure our pitching has ever been better. At least not overall.
We've had good pitchers and some good closers before but not a weekend rotation like we got now
