I was thinking the same thing. Both Scott and Humphries both ran out of the wildcat on the SC game.

continues to run our all american wrs between the tackles is a mystery. they don't run behind their pads for the most and sammy missed more than the lsu game being asked to do so. he was also held out after the fsu game because he sustained a serious injury running between the tackles in that game.

i understand they want to put the ball in the playmakers hands and these guys won't turn the ball down.

i for juan will be really happy when jae'lon & ray-ray are on board so they can man those inside carries.

I'm not sure if you're being tongue-in-cheek

Dec 28, 2014, 12:17 PM

But I don't see how the two smallest WR/RB are going to more effectively run behind their pads up the middle.

If you don't block a premier player at all (Mingo's hit on Watkins) then you put yourself in a position to suffer ill consequences.

Sometimes freak plays happen as well (defensive/offensive player rolls up your ankle such as A Scott against coots).

I believe Artavis went in only a few plays later as well.

they are running backs in hs, they're used to doing it?***

Fair enough

Dec 28, 2014, 1:10 PM

Regardless, it looks like we are going to be pretty well stocked at WR and RB for the next few years.

Here's to hoping the injury bug stays away from us next year. If so, the sky is the limit.

flag link military_tech thumb_downthumb_up

no doubt. should be fun to watch for years to come.***

Not true...Scott was used in the wildcat a few times against the coots.
