Photo shop a compromising pic. of the person doing the hiring and include it with on line resume. Guaranteed to get you hired pronto on line.

I really like when they want a month day and year that I quit a job in 1996.
I barely remember the job, much less the day I quit, or the people I worked with.
I returned to the job I had 10 weeks ago (for almost 6 years) and had to fill out an application.

correct...plus it is alot more stressful. You make someone a few million bucks over time and they beat your asss down over a couple of hours extra re-desgning a lot layout so you can fit the detention pond in...the one that think is un-necessary.
