Good point, nothing like the coaches going at it in advance of the game.

The Valley rockin' at night, Gameday in attendance, "pour some sugar on me blaring from the sound system," the fans throwing sugar cubes on the field, and Spurrier announcing his retirement at the loser's press conference. It would be a perfect night.

Tossing a 5 LB bag of sugar from the upper deck could kill someone. That would ruin a magical night. Even if it was dirt ######.

Oregon State has a great chance of losing at Stanford next week. Looks good for us.

If we both win out next two, I think it's very likely....

A match up of two top 10 teams, the barbs all year between the coaches, the feature pieces they can do on Rodriguez and Lattimore, they loved Clemson last time they came, and they have never been to this rivalry game. I can't help but think these things make it almost a lock.

I think we have a fair shot. I think the odds improve if The real USC drops another game and FSU loses so that we are the top ranked ACC team. The coots have to win their next two also.

No. They will either go to Oregon/Oregon St. or ND/USC. Mainly because those games have Natl. Championship implications on the line.

I am guessing no...it would be the chickens' third game day. Has anyone gotten 3 GD's in a season? Best guess is Ducks and Beavs.

I think it's the home team's GD. In that case, Sakerlina had only one.

Florida hosted it once and was on it back to back weeks earlier in the season. If Gameday is at FSU/UF it will be Florida's 4th time on the show this year.

It seems very unlikely. They'd probably go to Oregon-Oregon St, Florida-Florida State and possibly ND-Southern Cal before our game.

I say there's a very good chance. Oregon State will lose to Stanford, and USC will likely lose to UCLA before those games. Could be a matchup of two top ten teams in the battle of the Palmetto State. Has this ever happened? Mix in the exchanges between Dabo and Spurrier, and the chances only increase. I'll be there loud, proud, and decked out in orange regardless if gameday decides to show though!

If prior experience plays any role, I would say yes.

That crowd at LSU yesterday had to be the worst they've ever had. At least twice they had to beg the crowd to make some noise.
Conversely, the Clemson crowd may very well have been the best ever. So, if that matters we might get it.

Florida State already had it, and USC already has three losses, so I think there is a decent shot, yes.
