In all seriousness, when we beat Bama the first time, I told

junior,"I sure am glad we beat Bama for the title, because if we had ONLY have beaten Washington, the Coots would say it doesn't count".....I was being a little facetious, but, serious too. Well, now that we have beaten BAMA, not once, but TWICE, and one of those extremely convincingly, and we still don't get credit, I am certain that I was on to something. I mean, just today, while I was en route to show a farm, I was listening to WCCP. A caller called in and said," Hey Walt, some of us were just sitting around the office talking about Clemson only has to play two real games to win it"....etc.etc.
I have said it before, and I am sticking to it. If we have the ball with a 40 point lead on the Coots, on 4th down, on our own 40, with 2 seconds on the clock...AND A TIMEOUT. I want to call time, and trot Potter out there to attempt a 76 yard field goal to make it a 43 point game. If there is 15 seconds left on the clock when we kick the field goal,I want to attempt an onside kick in the hopes of trying it again.
Go Tigers!

A while back, I mentioned that Justin Ross gets all the accolades - and perhaps deservedly so - but he really hasn't done anything that Tee Higgens hasn't done already, and continues to do so. I personally believe that Tee is going to set the (cfb) world on fire this year!!!

Tee Higgins is a beast!

I agree. It seems Tee "somehow" is the star less talked about this off-season. Talked about yes; but not nearly as much as he should be. Justyn Ross is a beast and will dominate. But, Tee was already doing it and has been a dominant player longer/more consistently. You can't lose throwing to either but if I had to get a big catch over a tough defender I am going Higgins as of today as 1st choice.

Books A Million incident

So, my son and I were in Books a million in Rock Hill. We go in and while there getting my other book; I was going to pick up this years ACC version of Lindy's. No such luck however! They had 5 rows of Lindy's SEC preview!
I mean, WTH!
I know they use to have an ACC version - unless they didn't produce it this year - that's complete B.S. Had to be some manager that lives in N.C. that has zero clues about South Carolina who decided not to get that edition. The people in large part have been brainwashed into thinking the SEC is the only conference that knows how to play football. SMH>

I mean Potter has a strong leg...
But 8 is better than 3.
