be the outright front runner for the Heisman and eventually win it. Thats just sad if that happens. That dude is not what i think of when i think of Heisman. He's just another QB in my opinion. He's having a good year but over the course of history if he wins...it might be one of the worst years in NCAA history. Makes me feel for Deshaun even more. He's light years better than Burrows or Hurts.

Don't feel bad about thinking of what the Heisman "is supposed to be"
The people who vote on it forgot "what it was supposed to be" years ago.

He's completing 79.4% of his passes, averaging ~355 yards/game, 29 TDs, only 3 INTs and a QB Rating of 216.2. That seems pretty good to me.

He's been incredible. Just because he's had sh*tty coaches in the past that apparently held him back doesn't mean he should be penalized this year.

Florida yards per play allowed:

Miami - 4.56
UT Martin - 3.88
Kentucky - 5.36
Tennessee - 4.35
Towson - 4.86
Auburn - 4.41
LSU - 10.65
South Carolina - 4.96

10.65 yards per play against a pretty good defense is just ridiculous. LSU racked up 511 yards on just 48 plays. You almost never see something like that in a competitive game.
