He has 3205 yards in his Clemson career. To set the record for most rushing yards in a career he needs 762 more yards. He’ll need 100-110 more carries to achieve this based on his historical yards per carry. He’s had 98 carries this year so far. Last year he had 202 carries. If we make the playoffs and win our first game, he should make it. If we don’t, he’ll probably come up just short.
But, he is doing this in 3 seasons, so I think there is no doubt he’ll leave Clemson as our best RB ever.
I think with two more big games like he had against GT or Louisville he breaks it during the ACCCG or our bowl game. This type of year we tend to rely on the run game to control our opponents. He should break the TD make in November too!
