highlights? After a 15 year break from cable I was looking forward to having ESPN back. Now I understand why so many people hate this channel.

ESPN uses it and what ever event that are at to promote the next event. It is an infomercial for their programming

It's nothing but nonstop highlights. You never even see the anchor during the broadcast. Very refreshing!

espn often lies to claim they "break stories" first.

I was watching the Clemson game on ESPN2, and I noticed on the bottom line "other notable games" scrolling across. I found it extremely odd that only games on ESPN networks were noted - Georgia/Tennessee was a huge game happening at the time, and since it wasn't on ABC/ESPN it was completely omitted.

So tired of ESPN reporting only on games being played on their networks...
