Visited Clemson, decommitted a week or so later and committed to Clemson. I doubt Higgins will commit that quickly but you definitely have to think Clemson was a major decision in him decommitting.

They act like they are a football power and should get anyone from Tennessee to play for them. I realize that they are the only major college football program in their state (I don't count Vanderbilt or Memphis), and have a good football history, but they haven't been relevant in over 10 years. Just because a guy is "from their backyard" doesn't mean that he will play for them. The fact that he is considering Clemson shouldn't surprise them, since we just played for a national championship and they couldn't even win the weak SEC East.
And they have zero room to insinuate that we offer incentives to recruits. One, because Dabo has never been in any trouble whatsoever and has showed no signs that he would stoop to cheating. And two, they are in the SEC which is the most corrupt conference of them all.
