I don't know, Edelman looked at least half sasquatch with all that facial hair!

Looking at Edelman he is a beast physically. Will be interesting to see if Renfrow is physical enough to get off the line and compete at the next level

Yeah Edelman is about 200 lbs also at 5' 10"

Renfrow was 183 at the big weigh in last fall which is probably when our guys are in peak physical condition. That means Edelman has at least 15 more pounds of muscle than Hunter at the same height. That's pretty significant.

uncanny ability to get open, glue like hands, yes
3rd & Renfrow needs to add a few pounds of muscle to take the beating Edeleman withstands.
Oh, and it helps to have a Brady deliver the ball on time, in perfect location.

I don't really see the similarities because Renfrow is at least twice Edelman's age and Edelman has a lumberjack beard whereas Renfrow is getting married on 4/13 and I don't think Edelman is getting married on that day.

and without slowing down, which is how they get so open. Excellent hands on both of them, too. They play a lot bigger than they are.

Renfrow runs crisp routes, but he needs at least 15 more pounds on him to survive in The NFL

Yeah - I kept thinking, "That's Renfrow out there!" I would not underestimate Renfrow's ability to make it at the next level. He's got the great hands & can get open. Got moves too. I hope somebody gives Hunter a chance. That's all he needs. Remember, nobody expected Brady to win 6 Super Bowls either many years ago.

Edelman is a physical monster for his position. Renfrow will need to grow into that kind of physical specimen. I think Renfrow will make it in the NFL, but let's not kid ourselves: Edelman is a grown man, and Renfrow isn't quite there yet.

I agree. How can't you pull for a kid like Renfrow, right? From walkon to NFL draft? I think he will make a great slot receiver, I really do. he had hands of glue and that should take him far. Add to that just a great guy, yada yada . .NFL teams will want him. However, he does not have the moves of Edleman. Doesn't mean he can't be as successful IMO. But he can't shake a defender like Edleman.
