Attention Charlestonians - need hotel advice

Going to a wedding in two weeks. Said wedding is at Magnolia Plantation off of Highway 61, near Drayton Hall Elementary. Will surely be going downtown Friday night and possibly Saturday, so thinking I should stay somewhere between there and downtown so not too far away from each. Recommendations?

there and it was fuggin awesome. So drunk we almost got in a fight with the groom's family on the bus ride back to the hotel.

I don't know of any nice hotels close to the plantations. Maybe a Comfort Suites right off of 526.

I'd stay downtown as you won't be driving when you go out.
Plus..it's not West Ashley. Sorry Aero.
Where you stay downtown is completely dependent on how much you want to spend. Closer to the Market/Bars, the more it's going to be.

Bro, this is no joke!!!
One time, wrighte when I got out tha joint, I gave the Asian guy my money & got to meet the big black guy that I took his seat during breakfast one day but I got up so as to give it back to him but when he seent me at the hotel we was like totally all good and what not!! He didn't even bhutt rape me or anything!
Nor did he tell on me that I had we'd boned each other!
This is a true story!
