Americans who advocate based on tribalism are divisive. This is always true for everyone or never true for anyone.

Everybody is looking for freebies and the federal government are freely giving out to certain groups but not all. Clyburn is a good example of why we need term limits. He has multiple family members on the government payroll.

Since Fall 2011 SC State is down -45.9% in fall enrollment

or -1,987. Name me one other business where you can lose 45% of your customers and government lines up to give you more money. SC State has been the worst run institution in South Carolina for years and the legislature has hushed it up by throwing money at it simply because it is an HBCU.
