Dabo doesn’t recruit everyone himself either.

Many times, it’s the assistants who do the recruiting, especially early on. Once the recruit is on campus, and/or things are progressing with mutual interest by both parties, Dabo gets more involved. It’s the same way for Brownell, and most other coaches.
