Dabo Swinney's radio show is shorter tonight with pregame for Clemson-North Alabama MBB starting around 8:30. Swinney hasn't arrived for the show as of yet.

Swinney says he is proud of the effort from the Louisville game. Made enough mistakes to lose and 98% of the time you lose games like that, but he says wins like that are how you win championships. Says there is a toughness level shown in a result like that.
Played complementary football at the most critical point in the game...something that hadn't been a staple of this season. He says the team can really grow from that type of win.

He sees a lot of positives from the game to position for a strong finish. The game was a microcosm of the season with the team digging in when it gets tougher, he says.
He says there is plenty to correct. Big week for the seniors and one of his favorite games of the season with Senior Day/Military Appreciation Day. He says this senior group is special.

Swinney said there is no update on if Tristan Smith could get another year of eligibility yet. They are still pursuing it. He played at JuCo initially and is going for a waiver like Diego Pavia got at Vandy.

Swinney says that they will need Dietrick Pennington down the stretch. Ronan O'Connell is another key reserve as well. He points again to Collin Sadler and Harris Sewell as the next men up for Walker Parks and Brayden Jacobs, who sustained season-ending injuries at Louisville. "We've still got enough to get the job done."

Seeing a lot of development from him in practice. Credits Tajh Boyd for developing him this year. Swinney says Denson's strength is being "live" in practice.

Regarding Clemson MBB's game with North Alabama, he says he considered transferring to North Alabama at one point while at Alabama but was glad that "cooler heads prevailed" and he stayed with the Crimson Tide. He says "Tigers by 100" with the game.
