Clear my cache, did ok a few times, then came back this was.

Looks the fa-icon changes from trophy to calendar.

If you inspect the icon, it should say emoji_events

The posts that do the avatar ad is also changing the trophy icon.

Page starts loading with trophy there, then switches to the calendar icon.

Haven't been able to inspect from phone to validate

It takes about 3-5 seconds to change from trophy.

Seems to coincide with ad loading as before. Also placement is quite indented as if normal rendering would be detailed with such.

Maybe some variable CSS call via ad script or something
