But with Auburn losing on the other end, it could easily say it feels like tonight's winner probably punched their ticket to Omaha.

can tee off on lesser pitching. IMO we have to find someone who can go 9 innings tomorrow vs Charlotte that hasn’t done it all year. You just have to leave him in and try to win no matter how many runs he gives up then you pitch Darden vs UT and then ammons/ Johnny whole staff vs UT on Monday

I would’ve thought pitching too but no hitting for the last 6 innings is pretty disconcerting as well.

on them if you want to put up #s. At least they burned 2 guys maybe 3 that can’t come back. We actually may have only burned Grice - the rest should be able to pitch later.

With what pitching? We blew our chance. Seasons done. This is why I didn’t want to see any SEC pitching. Their arms are elite and we’ve dealt with this #### with vandy twice and ole miss under monte. Tired of watching us not score what we at least average per game in the winners bracket games. The coaching and the execution at the plate was poor tonight

The plate approach by Wright with bases loaded and no outs was terrible. Burns was up in the pitch count, and was struggling to find his fastball. You have to go up thinking slider to the back side. All you need there is good contact, and that game is over.

All have valid statements assuming we just blew our ticket to Omaha. It stinks to be 17-1 in our last 18 but we absolutely could not, under any circumstances, lose to Tennessee. It is almost unimaginable that softball and baseball did the same thing.
